Terms and Conditions

The Academy follows the industry standard refund and cancellation policies.

• We guarantee 100% fee refund for the first lesson (sometimes referred as demo lesson) if you didn't like the demo and wouldn't want to continue.
• 24 hours notice is needed for any lesson cancellation or rescheduling request. Any deviation in notice period may mean the lesson will be chargeable.
• The fee quoted by the tutor is for a 1 hour lesson.
• The tutoring services are pay per hour basis, the tutors are expected to make advance payments for smooth execution of each lesson.
